BOOKING POLICIES
 
PAYMENTS
At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Paypal. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and may result in cancellation of the appointment. Payment of the deposit constitutes an agreement to all of Royal Productions' policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain grant Royal Productions ALL rights to photos taken and allow them to be used however and whenever they see fit.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend your photo session, all deposits will be considered a cancellation fee. Seventy-two hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session, the half-deposit rule is waived, and no refund will be provided. However, the client can reschedule for free on a day that fits the Photographer's schedule within 3 months. The Photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Royal Productions cannot perform this contract due to fire or another casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability concerning the contract. This shall also apply if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Royal Productions fails for any other reason, Royal Productions shall not be liable for any amount over all monies paid.
Tardiness
THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED IF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE. Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added to all sessions where the client is more than 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
GUEST
I recommend a total of 2-4 people for any outdoor activity. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures, and we end up shooting way less than we are supposed to, but it's up to you. Bring the whole family if you want!
Indoor or studio shoots must be no more than five people if not being shot.
Makeup artists and hairstylists are welcome on set. The photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props or accessories before or during a booking. Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the photographer no responsibility

2. What's your turn-around time?
Proofs are returned to the client within 1-5 days from when they are taken. The turnaround time for EDITED images is between 5-14 business days from when the client selects the images to be edited, unless rush edits are purchased (1-3 business days).
Extra editing and Video work are serviced later after the initial packaged photos are returned.
Video work can take up to 30 days to be returned but is usually Given between 10-20 business days.
Creative Shoots have no time limit if shot free. Usually, the turnaround is within 1-2 months.
3. What's the refund rule?
All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you need to cancel and notify us more than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot do not qualify for any refund. Edited work that has been delivered is also non-refundable due to the time, resources, and creative effort invested in it.
4. Will you help me pose?
We will do our best to help with basic posing. It is up to the client to search for ideas and desired poses to help the shoot proceed smoothly... UNLESS it is a shoot planned by the photographer.
